The AKRSPI supported study aimed to understand the vegetable marketing chain and the potential to expand vegetable production as well as cold storage facilities for vegetables and other perishables in Dangs. 

 

The study looked at production levels of vegetables and other perishable produce in Dangs and assessed the existing storage infrastructure for perishable produce. It also examined the feasibility of setting up cold storage facilities and outlined suitable attributes for setting up cold storage facilities in specified clusters.
