Pratul Ahuja
Principal Consultant & Founder
Pratul specialises in gender and social inclusion focused research, impact assessment, program evaluation and content development across the livelihoods, agribusiness, water, sanitation and health sectors. He has worked with NGOs, donor agencies, CSR and the government to identify priority areas for multi-sectoral livelihood programs, strengthen agricultural extension services, scale agribusiness interventions, evaluate water, sanitation and health initiatives, and undertake mixed methods research and documentation. He holds an MA in International Relations and Development Studies from the University of East Anglia, Norwich, United Kingdom.

Monika Agarwal
Associate
Monika Agarwal specialises in food systems, agriculture, pastoralism, land tenure at the intersection of climate change, gender, and inclusion. With a strong foundation in social research, training, institutional assessments, program evaluations, and policy analysis, she has contributed to policy frameworks and community-driven solutions that empower marginalised groups. Her work spans grassroots organisations like FORRAD and FES, as well as leading think tanks such as WRI India and INBAR, and advocacy networks ILC and WAMIP. With a Post-Graduate Diploma in Rural Management from IRMA, Monika is committed to supporting organisations and communities in driving change at scale.

Preeti Ahuja
Associate
A Delhi School of Economics alumnus, Preeti brings a rich experience of the financial services industry, having worked with leading organisations such as CitiFinancial and Fullerton India. She has been a Consultant to the World Bank and is currently associated with Akanksha Samiti, an NGO working towards livelihood creation and empowerment of under-served and marginalised women by providing access to information, training and services related to education, health, employment and income generation.

Saransh Ahuja
Associate
Saransh is a behavioural scientist with a core interest in sustainability. With a post graduate degree in Psychology and Behavioural Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science, he has a strong foundation in mixed method research and systems thinking. Skilled at critically analysing behavioural challenges in varied contexts, Saransh brings experience of undertaking multiple research and evaluation projects aimed at enhancing social outcomes.
