The HT Parekh Foundation supported project aimed to improve sanitation access in urban slums of Jodhpur through provision of toilets and drinking water facilities.

 

The End of Project evaluation assessed the impact of provision of water and sanitation facilities on open defecation, safety of women and adolescent girls and time saving that women could utilise for work and family. It also brought out learnings to inform potential replication of the initiative in other geographies.
